Overview of the FPI retreat discussions, a summary of Outcome Harvesting, and recommendations for global funders.
In November 2019, Action Canada for Sexual Health and Rights, as part of the Future Planning Initiative and with support from Global Affairs Canada, brought together a group of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) advocates in Ottawa.
Participants shared their experiences and learnings and discussed the barriers and challenges they face related to funding their advocacy. Advocates Speak: How funders can best support SRHR advocacy captures some of these important discussions and offers recommendations for funders on how to best support feminist SRHR advocacy.
